NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, CHARLES BISHOP and HENRY GEORGE BISHOP, lately carrying on business under the named firm of “Charles Bishop and Son,&rdquo at Diss in the County of Norfolk, as Builders, was dissolved on the 6th of January, 1873, by mutual consent; and that the business will in future will be carried on by the said HENRY GEORGE BISHOP, under the same style or firm in his own account.

CHARLES BISHOP, DECEASED.
Persuant to the Statute 22 and 23 Victoria, chapter 35, entitled, ”An Act to further amend the Law of Property and to relieve Trustees,”
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that all Creditors and persons having any claims or demands upon or against the Estate of CHARLES BISHOP, late of Diss, in the County of Norfolk, retired Builder, Deceased, (who died on the 10th day of April, 1880, and whose Will (with three Codicils) was proved by Henry Edwin Garrod, of Diss, aforesaid, Solicitor, and William Bishop, of the same place, Ironmonger, the Executors therein named, on the 11th day of August, 1880, in the Norwich District Registry in the Probate Division of the High Court of Justice) are hereby required to send in writing the Particulars of their claims and demands to the undersigned on or before the 31st day of March, 1881, after which date the Executors will distribute the Assets of the said Deceased, having regard only to the claims of which they shall have had notice.
