SUTTON BONINGTON

A very handsome silver inkstand was presented last week to the Rev. J. F. Bateman, on resigning the curacy of Sutton St. Ann’s, and Kingston-on-Soar, for the rectory of North and South Lopham, Norfolk. The following was the inscription:- “Presented by many of his friends in Sutton Bonington and Kingston, to the Rev. John Fitzherbert Bateman, upon his departure from amongst them, as a token of their affection and esteem. - March 31st, 1862.”
