NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned, Arthur Charles Wilkin, Edward Weeks Spencer Basden, and Basil Arnold Smith, carrying on business at Tiptree, Essex, as the Britannia Fruit Preserving Company, was dissolved, by effluxion of time, on the 17th day of April, 1888. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Arthur Charles Wilkin, who resides at Tiptree Heath aforesaid. - Dated this 26th day of May, 1888.
