Military:Harry was called up on 18 May 1916 and posted to the Royal Fusiliers on 19.05.1916, private 40160. He was transferred on 6 July 1916 to the Middlesex Regiment, Private 35625. He transferred to the 5th Labour Battalion, Private 159933 and on 08.02.1918 was posted to the 437 Agricultural Company, ser. no. 159933. He was transferred on 4 March 1919 to Class “Z” Army Reserve. He was on the in 1919 Absent Voters List for in South Lopham at Redgrave Road - G/159933 Pte., 437th Ag. Co.
